The path that led me here
Where It All Started
My journey in design began in São Paulo, Brazil. I got my first real taste for the field through a rigorous technical course focused on printing, graphic design, and finishings. It gave me the foundational craft and attention to detail that I still value today.
First Professional Steps
I took my newly honed skills into the real world, starting work as an in-house designer at a fast-paced organic food marketplace. I learned to balance business goals with visual communication, executing diverse projects from branding to marketing collateral.
Portugal & FBAUL Experience
Then, Portugal happened. I moved to Lisbon to pursue a degree in Communication Design at Belas-Artes (FBAUL). It was a huge step—adapting to a new culture and finding a way of living while constantly balancing working and studying, which shaped my resilience and worldview.
Diving Into DXD
Looking to deepen my expertise in product and user experience, I joined the post-graduation program in Digital Experience Design (DXD) last year. This helped me tie together my visual roots with robust, logic-driven digital experiences.
